Terms of Service

MindfulAI is operated by TherapyLabs PLLC. Effective October 11, 2026.

Plans and payment

The 7 Day Free Trial requires a payment method and includes Plus features and allowances. The trial lasts seven consecutive 24-hour periods from activation. Your payment method is charged $9/month on day 8, after the trial ends. Feel free to cancel anytime. Cancel before the trial-end timestamp shown in Stripe to avoid the first charge. The trial is available once per account.

Plus costs $9/month or $108/year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Cancel using Manage in My Account or Usage & plan. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the trial or paid period ends.

Lifetime (25 years) costs $299 once and grants access for 25 calendar years from purchase, without monthly AI or voice usage caps. Per-message size, recording duration, technical and safety limits still apply. Service interruptions may occur. The membership includes six months of TherapyLabs.co Personal Plus, redeemed separately using the same email. The bonus does not automatically renew. A separate existing Plus subscription must be canceled separately.

Plus includes all six mentors, mood and wellness tracking, breathing and focus tools, emergency resources, 50 AI text credits per month, four voice playbacks totaling 2,000 characters, and four voice messages up to 30 seconds each. Monthly credits reset on the first of the month (UTC); requests count when started, including unsuccessful requests. Existing customers retain the terms of their original purchase.

Refunds

Purchases are final. TherapyLabs PLLC considers refund requests at its discretion. Refunds required by applicable law remain available. A refund may end the related access.

Wellness and acceptable use

MindfulAI provides AI wellness support and self-guided tools. AI can make mistakes. It does not diagnose, provide professional treatment, or act as an emergency service. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or abuse. You are responsible for information you submit.

Privacy

We do not sell user data. Review our Privacy Policy for processing, storage, and data controls. Mentor conversations are not saved to your account; service providers process requests as described there.
